Add photos

Story

As App user (Notifier)
I want to be able to make pictures of the incident and damage and register these on the incident So that the involved parties can use these in the further handling of the claim

Acceptance Criteria

• The app supports the taking of pictures. At first they are stored locally in the app.
• at any time, but at least before the signing of the incident, these pictures must be delivered to the platform. For this the service: POST /v2/incidents/{incidentUuid}/attachments is called.
• The platform stores the picture and returns a uuid with which the image can be retrieved, if necessary.
• The images can be retrieved with the service GET /v2/incidents/{incidentUuid}/attachments. This service returns a list of attachments (photos).
• For each single attachment the service
  GET /v2/incidents/{incidentUuid}/attachments/{attachmentUuid} can be called to retrieve the image
• The photos of the counterpart cannot be retrieved
